This is a great strategy to use for beginners who want to get a foot in the door of investing while also learning crucial skills just as tenant management. 

As someone who is just starting out, I am eager to learn and grow in this field.Experience Level: New to investingGoals: My primary goal is to become a full-time rental property investor.

Oh also number one skill to develop regardless of the route you take is being able to identify and get in contact with motivated sellers.

I've been doing a moderate level of research around the housing industry and I am very excited and eager to jump in.

And I find many tenants in this class level really connect with it if there an ideal tenant.

If, however, there are any gaps at all in any of the above items, even a gap so small a mouse can squeeze through, that tenant will exploit it and your life just became a 7th Level of Dante's Inferno.....:)
