I got some good feedback...one of the main things was to slice up the video into segments to create faster download time, which I did.The brokers and realtors had great feedback and felt that this is something their buyers and fellow realtors need to look at.

This may happen too soon for them to list it, find a buyer, close, etc.2) They don't realize quite how much their property is worth, and therefore haven't considered selling it.3) They live out of town and just haven't had the time or energy to deal with the property, finding a realtor, etc.My questions are as follows: 1) Identify who we should mail, and how we should segment (i.e. in area vs. out of area owners?)

Looks like the city has backed-off their crusade against unreinforced masonry construction (for now) so hoping that helps remove pressure from other segments of housing as well (I had prospective tenants asking about earthquake retrofitting in a rental I own built in 2004).
