The point being is that a lender that gouges a client is either getting their capital at a higher cost or they view the lender and borrower relationship as transactional and don’t see the lifetime value of the relationship, in my opinion.

As long as you price it correctly, people will see the house condition matches the listing photos (professionally done), they will take the property as soon as they see it.

You don't need a mentor and you will never know everything (no one does and if they tell you they do, they are not telling the truth).Decide what you want to do and talk to people in that field to see the pros and cons (and each person will have their own list). 

I'm sure your cost of living is less given you're in the RV, can be mobile (see the country, work remotely) etc.
