What’s the best way to secure a deal, and not encounter with another wholesaler going after the same property.

My strategy has been to grow aggressively (by using as little of my own money as possible) to secure good assets, and once stabilized, then work to pay down loans to own them free and clear sooner rather than later. 

My main concern is whether it's hard to meet their criteria for properties and secure funding.

Secured creditors in order to take the property are to put in a motion to lift the stay.

If you think you might get kicked out then housing security might be worth upping the payment.
