Essentially this is exactly what the big hotel chains are doing - except this model works "horizontally".What I really like is the scalability of the model, potentially allowing for hundreds of listings spread over multiple cities or even countries, without the need for cash heavy investments.

I still find the keyword alert not very scalable and cumbersome to use, because it only contains AND metric, no OR metric.

I'm obsessed with scalability so managing each property make us too linear and that makes me cringe.We would consider putting a commercial loan on the pool in the future if it was financially advantageous for us to do so in the future.

If you want to chase people for their $12.56 share of the electric bill, $4.12 for their share of the gas bill, etc. then be my guest, but it's not scalable and definitely not cost effective.
