@Antonio Lulli First off I don't know who that is in your photo on your profile, hair color looks weird, anywho, Antonio and I were just having this conversation last week. 

Your State's manufactured housing association is best suited to answer that question, since they can give more color to the federal statues and whatever your state laws say. 

No cracks, flakes, color clashes.

Lowe's also has a wood look tile for that price but it is significantly darker in color.

They are typically chrome colored and can be installed on any faucet.

They wouldn't have dared color on the walls, flushed Ducky down the hole, or anything else. 

I always recommend replacing with neutral colors rather than giving a credit.
