I am serious about becoming an REI, and that means I am willing to pull up roots and move to where the best market is for the long-term to start investing in Real Estate.Of course I love living in S.

As @Matthew Paul mentioned it helps with re-sale should you need to sell, and also I have found that young parents try and get into my properties to "set roots" for their kids in those specific schools since the Jr.

I am an active duty military member so the values of honesty, integrity and trust are rooted deep in me and I do my absolute best to instill it in those who work along side of me.

If you are able to connect to the root of what the investment will do for them, you will have a much better opportunity to get a seat at the table with serious equity partners.

The REAL way (IMO) would be to do a grass roots estimate similar to this (credit to Ben L.)

Can I root for more than one team?

I have lived in Jacksonville since 99 when I came here after joining the Navy. put down my roots here had a family and tried to make a living the conventional way, however that hasn't worked out for me, so after all the ways I have tried to make money it seems like real Estate is the way to go for me.

I can't imagine having put down RE roots while I was active.
