I'd encourage you to go back & review your PMA so you understand exactly how they charge maintenance repairs.

From what I've seen and the reviews, it's fairly easy to find these deals and works in remote markets, as you're not maintaining the properties.

You may also want to review your lease as well regarding access to the garage.

We also reviewed a few duplexes from SDIRA/Morris in Lubbock & nearby Sweetwater, but we felt they were charging too much for them.
