One was a home that sold that said in the main description text that it was something like "Another home restoration from Lancelot Homes" or something like that and then I saw that the former owner's name was "Lance" something, thus the "Lancelot" name-haha!

Invite an expert in to provide estimates of how much it will cost to restore the unit to its original condition. keep copies of the bids for court case. file with the police department there might be criminal mischief charges that could be filed.
