I just moved from San Francisco to Grand Rapids, MI to buy Rental properties.

I have a decent paying job(state worker) for a 23 year old, and my savings for my down payment is increasing rapidly while my DTI is decreasing.

The brokerage seems to be growing rapidly;  can this be sustained in the long run with very little brand recognition amongst customers (compared to a Keller Williams, REMAX, Coldwell Banker etc.)? 

I’m just guessing that if you’re in a $90k price range or less then you should absolutely go for a 3rd property, just get the other 2 rented and get yourself comfortable but sounds to me like a marvelous opportunity to rapidly scale your investments!!!

The price/rent ratios are strong in Richmond county (unfortunately have been shrinking rapidly the last several years) and there are plenty of great "C" class areas to choose from. 

Another area developing rapidly is around Randolph St and Halsted.
