Does anyone know for sure if calling random people to buy their property is covered by the Do Not Call List law?

If you purchased a duplex in some random market, USA for say $200k, you'd like be putting 25% down for the non-owner occupied investment which would be a down payment of $50,000. 

when you click on one of the tabs  for account manager and another person it just goes to a random linkdin page.. strange..  

Accountant "view only" access to your bank so they can pull statements and check/deposit images without paying themselves.

I helped a handful of new investors buy house hacks in Norfolk/OV,  its image has definitely shifted positively. 

Or, if the idea of roommates is off-putting (and who enjoys other random humans that much?)

That makes sense...I was trying to think of a more creative way for people to get a start in the industry rather than the random requests for clients they throw out online. 

Fast forward a few weeks after I move out I receive a security claim letter along with an estimate from some random rental maintenance company that says "unit turnover".

-They sent unskilled randoms to our house to do work.
