The picture makes me think of a "mini" hotel or some type of destination/STR property. 

You paid $100k for the property so what's the current market value?

I get what they are trying to do here, preserve 2-4 unit properties and discourage deconverting to SFH.

I am a property owner in central Texas of a multi-family home.

Any listed property that claims it would cashflow is likely in rough condition in a tough area.

With HML at least you in theory can vet the property and keep a low LTV to ensure you can be made whole.
