Maybe I'm wrong, but you're holding them to unreasonable standards.In Orange County, 12% of starter homes sales fell through in 2016 - Source - Why should it be expected for wholesalers to operate at a margin of success we don't see with standard real estate purchases?

The homeless can not be kicked out of the "homeless" villages for drug use or prostitution.

The 90% of agents that didn't want to be an agent but fell into it and are just trying to quickly turn from client to client are the ones that are going to be hit the hardest by these types of companies!

My point, that I was hoping to make much more succinctly, that while it's lamentable so many people fell into this trap, it's really fortunate that the news is finally coming out.
