I'm lucky my girl has the slovak nationalitie so its a little bit easy-er for me to start, but im focussing now on how i can make a good deal there without burning my money, and most importently where i need to think about, the crucial things..My first plan was buying from a "RE- bureau" who sells properties and pay little bit more but handles all the papers for me.. but last week i found a guy (online) who is a lawyer and sworn translator there and he speaks my language (dutch). the man himself is living there for 20+ years so he should know the rules, i will try to work with him to get some deals from other landloards or 'normal' people to get cheaper deals.

Our privacy laws prevent the use of the fancy software you Americans can take advantage of.

I am thinking I should go over to inspect the paint job and hear the tenants out in regard to their complaint, listening specifically for evidence that would back up their claims of violation of privacy.

Just got a second place in front and borders my land Bought it to add to what I have and the extra privacy.

Depending on how much further you would like to deep, I would put a picket fence around the property, not for privacy but for esthetics.

It's great for privacy reasons.

Too confusing and expensive to really be the privacy the female tenant is asking for, but thanks for the suggestion.  

I care about my tenants well being, their right to privacy, the condition of my property, and my business. 

families & couples ( with a pet) .. the way the units are laid out.. can be used as single big 6 bed house as well.. but what I dont know is how many would in the future want to share spaces like a backyard or a common area and yet have their own privacy in their own units 

Houses that look very similar on paper (same neighborhood, style, square footage, year built, beds and baths) can have very different market values depending on things like interior light, flow, ceiling height, privacy, yard space, neighbors, curb appeal, master bedroom size, kitchen counter and cupboard space, parking options, driveway slope, proximity to noise or businesses, parks, schools, etc. - to name just a few things.
