I am not calling or insinuating that anyone here is a troll, but the bigger an online community gets, the more this can become prevalent.

Short term rentals are becoming prevalent in the Riverside-Avondale, and Springfield Historic Districts as well as other parts of the city. 

The medical and military tenants that are so prevalent around here are almost always going to provide stability. 

It seems as tho when the expectation of hyperinflation, ie a somewhat collapse in the system, is prevalent, then the price of gold goes up.

@Mike Franco Service animals of all types have been problematic for years and are growing more and more prevalent due to the way the law works. 

Its not nearly as prevalent ( construction theft ) as in other areas of the country but we are starting to see if on my projects.. had one home hit and they took the stove and micro and ruined the HW floors in the process.. now i had an insurance claim but still took the house off the market for 2 weeks.I suspect becasue duplex's are pretty rare in our area for new builds you will have zero problems renting.

I understand window a/c units are affordable and prevalent in much of our area...

This mistrust has become more prevalent over the last couple of years, partially because of a few bad players, but mostly because of well-meaning members of forums like this who tend to bash Turnkeys.If you had a bad experience at a restaurant, would you stop eating out?
