@Rachel Weiss You could get your real estate license so you can list your flips/get a better understanding of how the brokering/marketing portion of real estate actually works, do for sale by owner/might be a little harder in the price range you're working in, use a flat fee agent/negotiate a rate with an agent you like (might not be a great agent but could make for a lasting relationship if you're doing volume in flipping), or just use a Top G agent and pay the 2.5-3% they're asking for/worry about making money and not saving money.It's tough to compare agents to lawyers in pay and fees - but you could also see how a lawyer in the same city/state can help you with selling the properties too (I think typically they charge by the hour and also get a certain percentage when closing as well).
