There are plenty of cash-flowing markets here - especially in the STR space.

I manage furnished rentals in North Dallas, Plano< Richardson-- but we rent out the whole space.

Also I never buy anything from anyone on facebook, while you may think "hey whats $20", its learning to know who is and is not honest in this space and people like this typically are not going to be honest.

@Matt Huber I think you know your answer already Direct real estate ownership should compensate you appropriately why else be in the alternative space.

In-unit washer/dryer is always a plus people are willing to pay more for, but even it's just on site and not necessarily in their unit it will perform better than a space with no access to laundry. 

I think an alien from outer space could be a wholesler in this country..

I think a lot of people like using the platform since even the primitive sites offer more space and privacy than a 'typical' public campground where you can hear the next guy snoring.   

Allow a pets and I think you will have a great spot.Would adding that extra space/ spending that money be reflected in an appropriate increase in the property value too?
