Many people blindly accept this as a free pass for pets because they don't want to offend somebody.People try this all the time on airplanes when they don't want to pay extra or put their dog in a different area of the plane.

Could this allow me to deduct that plane ticket?

One guy had a peacock that was his "service animal" and tried to take it on a plane. 

After owning one property in Ontario, even though it’s gone great, I can tell you I definitely don’t want to own a portfolio of properties I’ve never seen, on the other side of the country which is a 4 hour long, $900 plane ride away.

In the meantime, I was told by the military to not do any drugs, get any tattoos, or get in any trouble, and they gave me another physical the day before I boarded the plane for basic, and also gave me "back-pay" for the time I was at home, technically the "property" of the military. 

We also use oil for transportation in a car, bus, train or plane.

A lot of folks visiting these areas were from NYC ... deep pockets ... people who would normally get on planes to fly to Colorado/Florida/Caribbean, etc.
