Interest rates need to drop a certain amount in order for a person to make a transaction right now.

Really the person that is going into the flipping game should know the market very well to do these comps on their own, and back it up by asking their trusted real estate agent/professional for confirmation.

I know you are pitching your program or software that you want to sell, but I don't think it is really solving the personal contact problem.

This is rarely done as in most situations lenders will not consent, and at a minimum want the buyer to qualify AND personally guarantee.
