I recently gave up a FT position at my job (I work occasionally as a sub now on the weekends) to focus more on real estate goals. 

Mine did too at first, but reality set in after a few months of washing dishes in the laundry sink, and having plastic hanging in the shower, her enthusiasm waned.I'm not suggesting you don't do it, just pointing out that the idea of it and the reality of it are not necessarily the same. 

Reasons for physical branches include the preference of my property management to do a stack of rent check deposits at a teller, the need to handle occasional cash and cash transactions and laundry coin.

I have to pester the guys occasionally to stay on top of their cleaning.

Or maybe that’s just me...So I snag the occasional up-vote to keep myself and the wrong party’s banter going.

The better deals I find are located in Rancho Cordova, Natomas, and occasionally South Land Park.

There is another consideration though it may be a small one, fire hazard, occasionally they explode, or overhead which can cause a fire or injury to the user.

There was a Seacoast REIA that met occasionally, you might find it here on the events page if they are still active. 

We have some local people who get together occasionally to bounce ideas off of each other over bears.

Like pulling clothes out dressers and putting clothes all on bed, covering dishes, cleaning out cabinets completely.
