No response other than they can't communicate with us until the credit card dispute was reversed.... days later, the property owner told me they received a letter from levelset for a preliminary notice of "Notice to Lien Agent".

I'm starting to notice that more investors (specifically Class C areas where one of my Indianapolis rentals is located) will advertise that "appliances and AC unit to be installed upon move in" for their rental or flip for the tenant or buyer.

It will be so much easier to let all your leases go MTM and give notice to vacate then list and avoid all this, which does the exact opposite of what the ordinance is trying to accomplish.
