Regarding the tour - you will see our operations are top notch and we always manage as if the investments are our own.

Build it with top notch quality and cheap, it's going to take more time.I've seen all 3 types of work and it seems some might want to say the contractors are bad, but maybe it's because people are ballbusting on prices and these companies really want to help but at the end of the day the check the books and they're not making money cause they didn't have the confidence to say no.

The UCONN finance program is great - and their Real Estate program is top notch.

If you expect 100% top notch service, open houses, the agent to spend marketing the property, etc...they may not want to accept less.

There are a lot of crappy, fly-by-night agents in Maryland and a handful of really top notch guys that stand out.  

The interior of this house is unbelievable/top notch/luxury appointed while the exterior is nice and clean and very blah to my eyes.  

I'd like to find a top notch agent (in a sea of so so) to help me identify potential properties.  

Also, you can get hardi jig saw blades for notches, which makes better looking notches.....watch out for the dust also.

Hopefully with enough money to do great things for my family (Giving parents a great retirement, top-notch education for my kids, be able to give my wife a great life with excess, travel the world together, the usual...)My plan thus far is this:-Begin building credit (currently have none)-Begin investing in buy and hold properties ASAP (probably looking at FHA loan on multi-family with a cosigner to get going)-Continue pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science-Graduate and find software engineer position-Live below my means and be investing as much as possible into buy and hold properties (I aim to be generating 10k+/month in passive income in my early 40's)-Once my passive income can support my expenses -possibly before- begin a startup-Keep working towards that 10k+/month and retire when/if I feel like itDoes this seem like a good, sensible, plausible plan?
