My goals are simple; 1st land a job, get a asociate degree in business  (real estate sales/management ) and live a frugal and happy life with my family.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate while recovering from a medical priblem.  

Basically the only thing we didn't charge tenant for was painting, and we did charge paint fee if there was nicotine stained walls.

We have a good working relationship but we differ on "pride of ownership" to a degree.

They company can easily go to a bank- but if I can profit off it If you had a high degree of confidence the deal would close- to the question- what terms would excite you for a 2 month period?

I'm looking at a deal that is in an A or maybe even A+ area, and wonder if it needs to be stressed to a greater degree than the usual C class deals, or stressed less because its such a good location.
