If you have multiple properties, then you will need to decide which one to declare the homeowner's exemption against (you can only claim one) and notify the county assessor of any changes.

Declare the interest the LLC pays you on your income taxes. 

If you didn’t take the depreciation, you can file a certain form to take that deduction now, since you have to declare it now....which might make that a wash....a CPA can guide you better. 

Also, those tenants are required to make declaration /forms signed by them and handed over to you or PM.

The HOA documents (bylaws and declarations) spell out what the HOA and what the unit owners are responsible for (from an maintenance, Insurance, and ownership perspective).  

Once you know the owner(s) and condition of the title, whether the owner had a will, who Ohio law declares should inherit the property, and what the owner's family tree is, then you can answer  "... who would inherit the house?" 

In Alabama, your primary residence has a discounted rate via the homestead declaration.
