Good Morning AllI am still working on transitioning from an active real estate investor ( SFR portfolio ) to passive investing.I have invested in one MF syndication with Vanamor in California.I flew down and met with the principal and toured the property and a numbe r of comps.Bobby was great and I am hopeful that it will turn out great.Now I have to place more $$ in January and was hoping to get feedback from members on a couple of syndicators.1,Sunrise Capital Investors  (Kevin Bupp ).Mobil Home Park funds.2.

All of which may factor in. 

I know there is a huge shortage of housing and that has driven up price in the past couple years (along with other factors such as the pandemic, population growth, etc) so, I see listings for 2br-1bth for up to 2200 on places like Zillow, Redfin, etc.  

I am running around this morning, so I feel like the above is a bit disjointed.

I think the main factors you should consider in Florida are the following: 1.

Is this really a critical factor in seniors choosing retirement homes. 

Not a silly question at all but the answer depends on a few factors.

Also, construction is in all time low, so that factors into the need for rental properties. 

Corning is nice, I personally wouldn't live there but id buy at some point when I have more morning.

With compensating factors I have a really good 15% down option on DSCR
