There have been a few properties right on the river on Pine Street, that were rehabbed some years back, and the Cibula estate too, so it just depends on exactly where on the river it is.

Bottom is mini-fridge for beer and wine, plus a blender for margaritas.Big black storage cabinet in kitchen for winter coats, or food, vacuum cleaner, or whatever.I think the knotty pine with a soft sheen, and the black cabinets with a soft sheen work well together.Note: Right click open in a new tab is a bigger picture.Just my 2 cents.

I have 55 Acres of East Texas pine land with a lake we built a long time ago.  

It was in Silver spring shores (34472), Pine Course.

My wife and I have a two family in the Pine Hills Neighborhood, one street east of S.

I know the cabin should have a lodge feel at minimum, however I'm not sure if a hybrid look with both sheetrock and tongue & groove wood would be better than 100% "wood out" tongue & groove pine look.
