Most I have seen are just well-crafted, protracted sales pitches that get you excited to buy more "training". 

@David Dachtera  nope just 42 years of doing real estate deals at a very high level.and owned one of the largest hardmoney lending companies in the fix and flip space and I have never gotten anyone asking for a loan that learned their craft through REnatusI fund many others that have gone to the TV guru's  Lindahl and others . the most effective of my clients and I have over 3000 loans not a one a Renatus student.. not that they don't exist.anytime you have people like you that make money selling a system and those at the top make all the money then to me its MLM.people would be so much better to simply get a RE licnese and go to work .. either in the retail sector or the commercial sector.. doing it on your own has a failure rate above 90% no matter who teaches you what.. were as realtors only fail 50% of the time..

I took pride and time in crafting my ad, and the resulting post has the bathroom as the lead photo instead of the nice exterior shot I put first.  

Clearly the tax preparer crafted the scenario to cheat more money from the government.

I'd put a kegorator in there and offer free craft beer to paying tenants over 21 years of age.Just my 2 cents.

Getting a realtors license is a good way of not only learning your craft, but making money helping people buy and sell houses.I got lucky in college and built a website business and was able to sell it once I graduated.

@Jared MiyasatoWe just manage in the Metro Detroit tri-county area currently.In our opinion, a PMC can't be too detailed and meticulous with your investments. 

Meticulous documentation and compliance helps avoid messy audits and penalties later on.

Number 3 will be the one where it will take time and years of working on my craft in order to meet the standard I want to uphold.

They do not want to meticulously forge documents that must be filed with the bank and the county clerk.
