If you're not having any luck with mortgage brokers (I'd search out the ones who specialize in investments), then go to your local REI meeting. 

This would end speculation and bring you a lot of credibility.Please post a deal that meets the criteria you claim you have "tons of examples" of. 

They do not offer every bank or lender out there or the lenders would never get a lead.When I say FDIC what I mean is "Fully Delegated" and not just Full Eagle where FDIC Mortgage banks have better rates (which they do) because  retail it's or wholesale and not selling the loan to meet a branch bucket or Loan officer compensation plan.

I'd recommend attending investor meet ups.

The Wichita market currently does not have enough supply to meet the buyers need. 

I see a failure rate of 90% plus in some of these programs, as defined by the “student” not meeting their goals and expectations.  

And how can we align our approach to meet those expectations and improve our chances of securing financing?
