So, I’m curious how you are managing to find your deals, whether you are buying at auctions or via marketing direct to sellers.

Property Manager – This is another one I really need help from the bigger pockets community in the local area.

Does that mean the actual manager or a local contact.

I'd start by talking to others who are landlords or property managers in your area.  

  (700+ properties yielding 600K is less than 1K/property before expenses)   Lastly,  many property management companies refuse to manage S8 housing for the above reasons so good luck.
