House hacking is great.

Lots of people move as soon as the kids are out of the house. 

I’m able to pay cash for some houses occasionally when my savings builds up.

They are really changing the shape of the city and it may become incredibly expensive to buy out there soon due to lack of housing.

I Am currently in the finishing stages of building my own house in Ontario, Canada and looking to sell and relocate to texas (likely DFW area)i have done 90% of the work on this project by myself so im confident in my ability to do any and all repairs on the property. 

We have a couple of houses that we would like to hold on to for now and possibly sell in a couple of years.

I canceled because of on going lies about progress on the houses. 

The Housing Wire article chart shows how FHA and VA loan delinquencies are approaching really high historical levels, close to that of the housing crash.We are still at historic lows for conventional loans.

If house hacking isn't the best option for me, how would you recommend starting out to build up some investments.

I bought my own house on a lease option.
