McKinney is thriving, but so are other parts of North Texas, and a broader perspective could reveal other great opportunities.Here’s what I’ve observed managing a significant number of rentals in the area:Bedrooms and Layouts:3-bed, 2-bath homes consistently attract the largest pool of tenants and have the highest occupancy rates.4-bedroom homes have grown in demand, especially with the rise of remote work, as tenants look for extra space to use as a home office.Square footage is less critical than number of beds and baths.Supply and Demand:McKinney’s growth is driving demand, but the quality of the location matters greatly.

She wanted us to pull the car out of service until the "service" lizard could be located...I swear I am not making this up and have not been drinking...

I am not familiar with the rules for that location; Philadelphia and Pittsburgh get some special rules in PA.

It all depends on your location and service.

It's also one of the farthest locations from the parks.

Biggest struggle is finding deals that make sense where the numbers work and in locations that would work for STR.

That was just one of my properties and I now have multiple in different vacation locations.  

Was it for a place to live for work before they found a permanent location or was it used for someone wanting to stay in the area as a 2nd home for the winter months?
