I suppose something more turn-key could be a good option, but haven't come across many viable options there yet.Anyways, we still have a lot more to learn and still need to familiarize ourselves with the area/market, but just wanted to pop in to say hi!

There are risky, but high return options like QQQ which grew 27% over the last year or on the other side / safe end, there are super secure short term US government bonds like SGOV which pays out about 4.5% in dividends.

My two partners are willing to pay their share, but they’ve also offered me the option to take over the property completely since the loan is in my name.Here’s my dilemma: If I keep the property and rent it out, I could get around $2,300 in rent, but my mortgage is $3,300 at a 7% interest rate.
