I can not say I'm a new REI but a player that went to a junior college to play ball before enter to the big leagues.

I've been hearing about 'hard money lenders' since I first started looking into real estate investing, but always steered away from looking more into the concept with the impression that this might be out of my league.

It's the big-leagues when you put your money on the line and hope to get it all to come out right.

But, if you want to play in the "big leagues", syndication is the way to go.
