Some people like buying land, others mobile homes, others A-class neighborhoods, others 100 unit apartment buildings, others vacation rentals, etc.I stayed laser focused on one path, not eight.

I guess my inquires here are more focused specifically on syndication, and how I might be able to laser focus my networking to better achieve my goal of sponsoring a deal. 

I also have my FL agent licenses, but I am trying to grow my business with a laser focus on Multifamily, any suggestions?  

So if you're wanting to exit to a change soon then you need to be laser focused on eliminating it.

They are going to need to turn away investors in order to be laser focused on those whose expectations will be met perfectly by the performance and results of their project.  

My Instagram page with it's modest 201 posts has now hit 8,045 followers.It's very clear that my BP following is a much more valuable resource in generating leads and eventually sales as it's laser targeted on my niche which is Real Estate Investing.
