I've heard about some that will alert your cell phone when activated, but I'm not sure what the details are.

I have been investing before pagers and cell phone came on the market, my gut has always been my determination if I wanted to do the deal or not.....Sorry about you CAP rate lovers.Go for the Gut!

I only have a cell and a email , no fax line or home/office number.

Then take out a full page ad in the Wall Street Journal detailing the date, time and exact location where this guy is going to be freed....and maybe assign law enforcement to a more pressing need that requires them to be looking elsewhere.

Over in the next county the magistrate makes evicting LLs present their whole case EVEN WHEN THE EVICTEE IS A NO SHOW.When I appear I pull out a thick folder stuffed with papers making it look like I'm loaded for bear and prepared for anything.Also, make sure your cell phone is off, here in this county the sheriff will confiscate offending phones.I've been to court where the other side's father actually hired an attorney.
