Someone's interested in taking it as is and doing the renovations themselves.That strategy makes me nervous since I won't really have control and they'll be doing what they want.

Knowing that you need to make a living or a successful investment, which is really your motivation, the reluctance in taking action goes away, you understand the subject and you have proven that to yourself as you tested yourself or were tested.

I'm not sure if the regulations are different in Baltimore from Detroit but for your furnace air intake its usually required to pull air from the outside.

The furnaces only had the intakes and exhausts stubbed out, not elbowed up and down with separation.

How much would the property management fees impact your cash flow and is there a way to increase intake to push cash flow into the black?
