In most states, auction bidders don’t have any opportunity to view the inside of the property before they bid, let alone hire a professional inspector to inspect the property.

Sometimes contractors or inspectors may not catch everything.

Get a general contractor to review everything before you get the county inspector out there and make it perfect.The 12 months starts AFTER you get the CO which you do not have today.

Bring a handyman to that housing authority inspection so he/she can address the inspection concerns where the inspector is there. 

Then we followed up with a termite inspector he said the house was ok bc it made out concrete and the rest some metal part?

The roof was replaced 5 years ago and my inspector is going out sometime this week but for the sake of this post lets assume everything is fine, give or take 5k in any maintenance I might need to do.

Hi Melissa,I'm not a fan of building inspectors lolThey make everything look very severe.This doesn't look like anything major IMO.Depends on how much the foundation wall has bowed in the basement.Do you have a trusted contractor that you could ask for advice?

I would first suggest that you get a licensed home inspector to look at your new construction home once it is complete.
