The agent replied to our inquiry yesterday and said "Bank has not yet made a decision".The MLS listing is still up (active and available).

Have you experienced the slowness of funding or CS inquiries that others on BP have reported?

For rentals, don't expect to get more than 80% CLTV; likely you will be offered lower amounts.Now, finding lenders for this cash-out refi might be a challenge; you might have to make a bunch of phone calls and inquiries to find your lender.

This way they don't see all the inquiries because it happened so close together. ;-)I got credit cards in my LLC's name to build its credit by doing that.

Also, buying a specific note, a reverse inquiry, is harder than buying the pool and it's tough to get a targeted note at a discount you want.
