But when there is a problem you are not their customer and they have very tall walls that you cannot get through.What did I learn: Until the deed is recorded there is nothing that prevents someone from recording a lien on the property against the previous owner and your owner's title policy may not (probably will not) cover it.I will use my own title company in the future.

I do not know anyone that thinks Dricore is worth the money in our area.To me it seems like it would cause a huge increase in the wicking of water into the sheetrock if there was a leak.Where would the moisture go if you seal off the 1/4 inch gap around the edge with vinyl?

Prefab cabinets from Home Depot likely aren't an option since the upper wall cabinets need to be 42" tall (may settle for 36" for right price).

There aren't many areas of Tacoma that aren't a 10 minute drive from Hilltop.But, from a longer term REI standpoint, it doesn't seem to me that Tacoma is poised to explode - it's an older city and was built out to within an inch of its life long ago.

Prices are still struggling, although demand has finally increased as inventory shrinks.I looked at several other areas over the years and couldn't find other areas that compared when you look at tall facets.
