Do you have any preference between actual granite counter tops and the faux granite linoleum?

You might be an amazing widget salesperson but hate the people that sit there and bicker over if the chandelier causes too much of a reflection on the granite counter in the island.

Doin a rehab just installed some cabinets now need someone to install granite countertops.

I'm torn between Stainless Steel and Black Granite Composite.

Fast forward to now we spend some evenings checking out properties for fun and she helps with picking colors for our flips and granite.. that's about it.

I typically put in nice(ish) cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel applicances.

Also don't put granite counter tops in a vinyl floor neighborhood and expect to sell it for what you think you deserve.

Awhile back, I updated the bathrooms with new vanities, granite countertops, and new faucets.
