From my experience working with over 400 investors, starting early gives you a huge advantage in building long-term wealth.

From experience, I’d recommend getting pre-approved, improving your debt-to-income ratio if needed, and researching local assistance programs.

Use your superior knowledge, experience and analytical ability to spot something in a property being offered for sale that everyone else has missed.  

I have 10 years of experience in retail real estate and a couple of partners who are interested in investing with me.

The only thing you need is experience a model, and a team.  

Even if they do have 20 years experience...how do you know really?  

@Kegan SchollFrom my experience, if you're a 22-year-old house hacker, Texas and similar markets can be great for room rentals thanks to population growth, strong demand, and tourism.

Because the chances of successfully concluding a wholesale transaction when you lack experience, knowledge and capital are so infinitesimally small that you’d be better off playing the lottery.  

From your experience, it sounds like wholesalers who are selling a contract they have, conduct and provide some type of inspection?
