I feel like I know the basics to everything, but when it comes to doing it, I freeze and question what to do.

Hell would probably freeze over before any broker gave out any information on commercial leases.

It is less likely to be stolen like copper is and CPVC breaks too easily if the pipes freeze.  

I'm all for that...it's FREEZING here and 80 degree weather sounds heavenly right about now

Freeze dried?

The house is winterized and the furnace is running to keep the house from freezing so gas and electricity is on.

The resulting water will refreeze into a sheet of ice known as Black Death.The pine trees will also freeze.

I tried multiple times on my laptop and it would freeze up every time and apparently did not post.
