I want to maintain my careers and grow a real estate investing business on the side so my wife can retire.On my free time, when I’m not obsessing over investing and podcasts, I enjoy learning about and drinking whiskey, watching football, exercising, and spending time with my family.

We started saving in a 529 when my wife was pregnant...... we make good $$.....we have enough to send him to a moderately expensive school with no issues...... make too much $$ to likely get any financial aide....He play football and want to play in college, so that is factoring into his decisions.....he's good but not good enough to get any decent level of scholarship $$....grades are average so not much help there either....My dilemma...... he really doesn't have any real clue what he wants to do or where he wants to do it.

You could also buy a single family and rent out each room or for the people that are coming to see there grandson play football maybe an AirBNB.

4 months ago I quit my 9-5 job 1 month ago I decided to pack everything and relocate to houston and pursue my passions in financial literacy, football training and real estate.I’m involved heavily in the first two but it’s my goal to leverage some of my free time towards finding a property that I can fix and flip in the next 3 months.The tricky part is, I want to do it with a property under 10k with max 15k in repairs.... is it possible?
