Looking specifically for someone who is licenced to practice in the state of Missouri regarding a quiet title case. 

And currently getting licenced to become an agent.

Go register a fictitious business name.

I recently received my sales agent licence in Ohio and am in the process of setting up an LLC for sales commissions.  

If you decide to go the brokerage route, there are licences and other legal requirements.  

If you created 2016 income as a "doing business as" (dba) or fictitious business name belonging to your SSN, then that is how they expect to see the income filed.

My idea is to network and exchange ideas, where I can enrich my knowledge and also give my feedback in possible lacking areas.I have an active RE licence since 2004 and practiced Successfully for 3 years, While still practicing RE, I started a concrete equipment sales company in the year 2006, which is very successful today and led me to open 2 additional companies in the related industry, one of them in the USA and another one in Colombia (My home country).

An LLC, corporation or partnership are legally recognized entities so the state treats them as a fictitious "person" in the eyes of the law so if the LLC owns it then your personal liability is limited to your investment in the LLC if everything goes overboard.

Hi,Does anyone know if you need a real estate licence in Indiana to manage your own rental properties,  If so is there a limit on how many you can manage ?
