My votes are never to sway a favorite member.That's just me but stick around and I think you'll find there are no such issues.As to Michael's comments, BP is great and has better info than probably any one person can dole out, but many just can't read and do, a mentor on a persoanl level in a specific deal can't be replaced by any book, tape, CD, forum or phone call for that matter....IMOBP is worth more than any guru program I know of as to content, so get all you can for free, just takes a little effort.

we havent had much luck with co's like RedX or our Title rep providing good contact info , we recently engaged with a co that pulls data for wholesale, as the wholesale crowd seems to be getting through , hopefully that will help for circling prospecting and geo farming; we are starting a circle around our up coming listing, the listing will be priced at $500k and should stay below 600k, it'll be one of if not the least expensive livable detached home near civilization in the county by a big margin ,that should generate some activity; fingers crossed sounds great, my favorite circle prospect script is the Just Sold: "hey mr owner, I just wanted to let you know we just sold a home on 123 main st and guess what?

Chicago is MIXED BAG of general contractors and architects PLEASE be sure not to rush or use the cheap guys...one of my favorite sayings (that I have learned the hard way):"BEING CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE"  

Add the fact that you're basically by you're private beach there, you have all the sporting activities, food and your flight included and you get to meet people.

I love San Antonio and it is my favorite city.
