Account ClosedIn NYC, Commercial RE is undergoing a lot of challenges.

I've spent more time reading about HOW to lose this fat than putting in the effort to actually losing it, like going for a jog or consistently doing workouts/exercises.I just "jumped in" with renting out my bachelor pad and not knowing the true costs, I ended up selling that property because it was a financial dog, and putting it into a duplex.

So while a 3 year old eviction would normally be a big fat NO, I can identify with a need to take a closer look at the rare person who wants to be a tenant.  

If someone is suffering so badly that they require the presence of an animal in their home then they should be undergoing regular treatment by a qualified therapist and there should be some evidence the presence of an animal is actually helping them improve.

@Jordon March -  Anyone will go for anything if the business plan is sound, the operator is a rockstar and the profit margin is fat enough.  

My fat wife might eat it too.

So the question is whether or not these formerly cheaper places are undergoing a bubble - not so sure.
