3-Teach Your agents that Ethics/Attitude/Reputation is EVERYTHING!

I've always suspected this thing goes on in sealed bids, but didn't know there was a term for it.....Ray (and anybody else here).....regarding Realtors and their "ethics"First off, let me say this...I realize I'm painting with a rather large brush here, and this isn't representative of all realtors, just some I've met.

As licensed Realtors, we have to abide by a Standard Code of Ethics because we, as Realtors, strive to maintain a positive image and a healthy reputation for other Realtors.

I have always tried to live as ethically and morally as possible.

There seems to be a severe lack of ethics in this business, but it probably extends to the country at large.Hopefully karma has its way of working things out, because I can't afford to fly to different parts of the country just to punch people in the face for ripping me off.

Of course, I want to make money, but I want to make prestige out of innovation and supreme strategy and tactics; put alot of sweat in to research, and produce an excellent accomdating structure(s) to brandish a signature in attitude of design and ethical business.So guys, give me replies and we can talk.

In this business, it's hard to find trustworthy, ethical, and detail-oriented people.

most of the people end up being greedy and over pricing their house because they think its worth more, or they lack the work ethic to finish the flip in a timely manner, and no one on that show can make a realistic budget apparently.
