If you operate under an LLC or other business structure, are there tax implications or requirements I should be aware of when paying myself?

And some expensive ones for larger operations.

In my opinion, the best agents, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, lenders will utilize AI as a complement towards their existing businesses to spur greater growth and operational efficiencies.

They look and operate fine and the cost to replace is minimal.

But I’d be amiss if I did not suggest that instead you gain knowledge of the aforementioned 3 foundation by studying for a real estate agent/broker license, and then seek employment with REITs, real estate operating companies, real estate managers, or real estate brokers.

Do what you say you're going to do, on the seller side and your buyer side.I've done acquisitions for a few years now and I understand how to analyze and close deals pretty good along with having a fully operational running business (from TC, dispositions, etc.) to handle new contracts and get these contracts to the closing table. 

I would do what you are doing here on a bigger scale - social media, local markets she operates in Facebook groups, etc. 

Remember that disclosure laws vary greatly by state, with roughly 50% of states operating under Caveat Emptor...which means no disclosure at all.
