I understand that isn't what you thought initially but 15k is insane to get what you got and ended up with.There is way to much social med. crap that "get rich quick" is a pure and total smoke screen regarding real estate.

I also enjoy their podcast and the free resources they put out.No experience with the other.

Once you find something you can actually enjoy (and even love), it won’t feel like work anymore.

I enjoy investing in small multi-family deals (2-4 units).

Then I discovered RHAwa.org which for $110 a year you get access to their attorney created lease agreements along with several addendums (bed bugs, crime free addenda, smoke free addenda, notices).

I enjoy helping and talking REI to help other members avoid mistakes.

It would be my pleasure to network with anyone who enjoys this business that I'm pleased to get up and hustle in daily!
