Reason I ask is with 2 STRe in poconos- I haven’t been successful in adding another one - rental laws do keep me nervous as well ..good thing is the cashflow I am seeing with the 2 I own so far is super tempting for me personally to endure the hassles but then off course if a better market exist I would definitely want to explore
